Common
questions.
How many posts a month?
It depends on the plan and the platforms. The number and the mix (reels, carousels, stories) are set in the proposal, based on what your audience responds to.
Who approves the content?
You do. The monthly calendar and every post are shared for approval before anything is published.
Do you answer comments and messages?
Yes, within agreed hours and in your voice. Messages can also go to the AI assistant, which answers at once and records each lead in Blade CRM.
Do we need to share our passwords?
No. We're added to your accounts through the platforms' own business tools, so access stays in your hands.
Which platforms should we be on?
The ones your customers use. Two platforms done well beat five done badly; the account review tells us which.
